Terms & Conditions of hire with Bouncy Mania

• Each inflatable has a different age limit and number of maximum users. This can be found under the product description. Please follow these guidelines to ensure safe use of the inflatable.
• Children's castles are strictly for children and should not be used by adults. This does not apply to our adult castles range of course.
• Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
• We have a strict no food or drinks policy on our inflatables, additional cleaning charge will be applied if the castle is dirty once we come to collect.
• All shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to others. In addition no hard or sharp objects should be taken onto the inflatable.
• Do not allow children to take any balloons onto the equipment as it can be a choking hazard.
• No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or "silly string" can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanantly stain the unit, for which you are liable.
• No water or other liquids to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment as it can result in subsequent bookings being cancelled if the equipment is too wet to be delivered. If equipment is soaked you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time.
• The inflatable must be supervised by an adult at all times. Failure to do so would make you liable to any injuries or accidents.
• Bouncy Mania must be notified of any injuries within 2 hours of the injury and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to us.
• Please note if you spot any damage to our inflatable during a hire contact us on 07888231431 to ensure safety standards are met. We make sure that our castles are safe for use however during a party anything can happen especially if you let the children on unsupervised.
• Any damage to our inflatables due to misuse such as going above the maximum number of users would result in additional charges. If you follow the rules then this will never be needed.
• Climbing or hanging on the walls of the inflatable is not allowed as this could result in injury or damage.
• Please note extra charges could incur if the property/venue has steps or is a long walking distance from the area in which the inflatable will be set up.This will be communicated once a video of the access and set up area has been sent to us.
• Please note if our team arrives and is unable to set up in your garden or venue due to the measurements being incorrect or for any other reason out of our control then you are liable to pay the full amount.
