Would highly recommend them and so Happy that I found them when searching for a good Bouncy Castle Company. I needed a Bouncy Castle for my Children's First Holy Communion and it needed to accommodate children from the ages of 2 to 12 years. I spoke to Sophia on the phone on a number of occasions she was extremely friendly and reassured me regarding any concerns that I may have had. She was always Polite and Easy to talk to. So Thank You Sophia. The Jump and Slide Bouncy Castle that I had was absolutely brilliant and the children loved it.
I had 2 different gentlemen deliver and collect the castle. They were both extremely friendly and polite. They both engaged and spoke to me. They took their time to set up and pack away with pride. I cant fault any of the staff that I dealt with. Ready Steady Bounce are definitely my go to company now. Excellent First Impressions from them and Excellent First Experience for me.

FANTASTIC service from the bouncy mania team! I was able to book a perfect sized, fun bouncy castle for my twins birthday at very short notice. Sophia and Arian handled my booking in a very friendly and professional manner. The delivery/ collection timings and set up were smooth and hassle free. So I text hundreds of questions to Bouncy Mania endlessly, and I got all the kind answers immediately. Bouncy Mania also advised me what the best options could be for the party, and it really helped me with the right decision. All the children had an amazing day with Unicorn & Dragon castles today. For the little siblings , the soft toy area was wonderful. Pop corn machine hire was also great, because the children got excited to see the pop corns in the pop corn machine and enjoyed receiving the popcorn bags. Thumbs up, Bouncy Mania!

I've planned a few birthday parties with softplay and bouncy castles, and bouncymania have been the best so far. Best price and more importantly the best customer service. Highly recommend! Bouncy Mania saved our 3 year olds birthday party by delivering a brilliant bouncy castle at extremely late notice. We called them on Sunday evening, after a different company had installed a bouncy castle in a way that was not safe, and they were able to deliver one by 10am the following morning. The bouncy castle was great, professionally and safely installed, and the kids enjoyed it all day. Prompt collection and really friendly people to deal with. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

Booked a bouncy castle with slide for a church summer fete. It arrived and was collected promptly and they were really flexible about being able to arrange delivery around the church service times. The bouncy castle was in perfect condition and the children loved it! I was impressed by the communication and how easy it was to contact the company for help. Highly recommended!

Best company to use!!! Our second time! They called few days before the event to confirm everything over, came time efficient and kept us updated on their way! The kids absolutely had a blast with two bouncy castles! Kurt came with Leo to set up ( his son ) they both were super fast and very friendly! We will definitely use them again near future! It was my first time hiring a bouncy castle. From the moment I ordered it online, I got email confirmation which put my mind at ease that the order had gone through. I was given the opportunity to call or email questions if I needed to.
I received a call the day before the party to make sure everything was ok. They arrived on time and communicated when the were on their way.
The bouncy castle was just as it was on the website. It was very clean. The children enjoyed themselves to the max. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have finally wound down from my 2yr olds birthday party! What a success and partly because bouncy mania provided a wonderful soft play, the kids did not stop playing throughout the party. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. I asked if I could change timings very last minute and they were willing to accommodate. The communication was excellent, always answered promptly and politely. Excellent service, thank you.

Excellent service. We used Bouncy Mania for an occasion with up to 12 children. ranging from 1-12 years old. All children thoroughly enjoyed the bouncy castle, so much so that I requested to keep it over night & the Bouncy Mania team were so obliging and let us. Thank you so much!
